We have developed this modern apartment condominium in the center of the city of San Martín de los Andes. Here, the relationship with the immediate surroundings was given first priority so as not to generate watertight but flowing places. To this end, its units have been placed in order to allow for natural and cross ventilation, taking into account the building's sustainability, as well as the integration of the halls and corridors devised as open spaces.
